The one key tool to solving any problem, e.g. social, economic, mathematical, etc.., is having “emotional stabiliy”. We are humans. We are full of emotions. When we are faced with a problem, we react. Our reaction is influenced by several factors including life experiences, way we were raised, way we were trained. Those influences will cause us to react in different level of emotional reactions. Thus, it is important to have emotional stability and developed resilience to avoid worsening the problems we are facing and, actually, solve them. Emotional stability does not mean being indifferent about problems. On the contrary, it means that we are well aware of a problem and its positive and/or negative potential consequences while having a composure and a full control of ourselves and reactions.
